Flex Program Overview for Students

What is the Flex Program?

  • Flex is a full-day school program for 9th, 10th and 11th grade students.

 What will the school day be like Flex students?

  • The Flex students will be taking their core classes–English, math, lab science, computer skills, and Spanish–in a classroom format Monday through Friday.

  • Students will have a Learning Lab period each day to provide time for supervised study, help from a credentialed teacher, and the opportunity for remediation.

  • Questions regarding Flex enrollment, program policies and guidelines should be directed to Ms. Cortez.

 What will the Flex school year look like?

  • Classes begin on Monday, August 15, 2016 and end on Friday, June 2, 2017.

  • The school calendar will observe all the traditional school holidays and, for the most part, will be identical to the TCP calendar.
