Escondido Charter High School’s Flex Program Admissions Process

Welcome to the admissions page for Escondido Charter High School Flex. The role of the Admissions Department is to assist parents through the admissions process to ensure they select the best educational option for their students.

ECHS Flex Enrollment

Because Escondido Charter High School Flex is currently at capacity, the school is required by law to enroll students based on a lottery. The lottery for the ECHS Flex 2018-2019 school year will be held on March 21, 2018. Applications for the lottery will be accepted from October 10, 2017 through March 6, 2018. Applicants must submit two proof of residency documents along with their application to the main office located at 1868 East Valley Parkway.  Proof of residency may also be emailed to Mrs. Cortez at ccortez@echs.org.

Admissions to Escondido Charter High School Flex is not selective. All students, therefore, are encouraged to apply.  Applications for  grades 9 – 12 are being accepted at this time. Once the lottery has taken place, parents will be informed of their student’s enrollment status.

Lottery Application Form

Because providing the highest level of service is a priority for Escondido Charter High School, Ms. Judy Brooks, the Intake Coordinator, is available to answer questions, explain the lottery process, and provide families with information they need to make the best decision about their student’s education.
